Tuesday 5th Jan

Today we had a meeting to decide what our webisode series will be about. We all got some post-it notes, and wrote ideas on them, then we stuck them on the board and voted for our favourites. The 3 most popular ones were the Zombie Apocalypse, a group of students in a Detention Room, and a sim-witted secret agent constantly hassling some kid with no reason, but always gets him into bizarre situations.

We then had to decide who would chair our meetings, and organise what was going on. We were each asked to nominate someone to do this. James suggested Him and Kirk did it because they work well together, however when this was put to a vote only those two thought it was a good idea. 5 of us were nominated, Alex, James, Kirk, Dave and I. Me and Alex both got most votes, so we decided we would work together. This was then put to a vote and the majority voted in favorof this.

We were also trying to organise job roles for each of the people in the class. This would have been easy enough, however 3 or 4 people in the class took it upon themselves to say they could do everything and were fantastic. So the people who were quieter and not shouting didn't get as much attention as those who were, beacuse trying to hear everyone was horrific. So once everyone had a job and was leaving i asked Matt, Mike and Tara what they would like to do. They told me what they wanted to do, so i just gave them their jobs. While we were meant to do a vote for every decision, i knew that the rest of the class probably wouldn't vote for those guys to do anything over themselves so it seemed fair that they were happy as everyone else already had plenty to do.

When we finally got everything decided, the current job roles are:
Creative Director/Director = Dave and Kirk
Editor = Loz/Matt L
Camera = Me Alex and Matt
Sound = Phil and Sam
Titles/Credits = Matt H and Hayden
Casting Director = Mike
Treasurer = Dave
Writers = James, Hayden, Matt, Alex and Alie
Publicity/Marketing = Tara and Alie
Internet Stuffs = Ash
